4 square feet ventilation

I have a 2x2x4.5 ft. grow area available. I figured that I should go for a 250W HPS light (I don't have access to cheap LEDs) and 2 medium sized plants in Air Pots. My concern now is the ventilation. At first I thought of getting a 250 m3/h inline fan with a carbon filter, but I think they're too loud for me as it should be a stealthy grow. I've found a few of these small fans that look like a turbine, but after reading a few reviews, they also sound like turbines.

Now, would something like a quiet PC fan be enough for my space? I've calculated that it should theoretically be, but will I still have the power to suck air through a carbon filter?

If anyone could give me some advice and maybe share experiences with normal inline fans with me I'd appreciate it.

PC fan won't do it. I grow in a 2x2x4 with a 6 inch turbine fan and 6x16 inch filter. Just get a fan speed controller and run it at 50-80%. They really aren't very loud until they open up to 100%. Fan noise isn't really an issue with stealth unless you have a huge grow. Smell is more important and a PC fan isn't going to move enough air through a filter + have enough juice for cooling. Been there, done that.

Thanks for the input, I have just found one that isn't too expensive (~$40). Still damn expensive, but I hope it will help as much as people said it will.
