48x24x60 grow tent questions

I decided to go with a 600 watt hps and mh for this grow tent. I am going to go with a 6" inline vent but what cfm should i use? I was looking at the 6" 370 cfm on amazon.

This is the hps mh kit i am getting unless someone can point out a better light for under $200. This is my 2nd grow. 1st with hps so i wanna make sure everything is good.

Is that fan big? The grow tent isnt that big so im trying to go witha smaller one. Vivosun 370 cfm it is i believe. I cant post links yet but its black on amazon $65

They are all the same size basically. It will be large but should fit just fine.

A 600 is pretty big for that size tent. Gonna cook them in the middle. 2 ft is small for that light. A 3x3 if they make it would be better. A 600w is the most efficient but does a 4x4 space well and extra well in 3x3.at 66.6w/sqft.

370 cfm is more than enough for that size space. Best to get a kit that does MH and HPS for all phases of growing/flowering.

I started with the same setup. Ditto about heat issues. You'll have to put the light in an air cooled reflector eg cooltube.

My plan is to have it air cooled. I am getting the 600w but can use it as a 250, 400 or 600.

But does it have to be cool tube or can it be air cooled hood?

I would get the cool tube without the hood because you have such a short tent. A hood will take up even more of your growing space.
