Im basically looking for any new ideas on how to maximize yield with minimal wattage.[/quote]

Have two flower sections--use a ballast spiltter--so you only need 1/2 the ballast you were going to buy. 1 room 12 hrs--then the ballast switch to the other section for the other 12 hrs.

Try reading it all before making comments eharmony.

Hey son of man, buying a second magnetic ballast will probably be cheaper than the flip flopper, and at least if you got 2 ballasts you have options, you dont have to run your ballast 24/7

As far as "maximizing yield with minimal wattage" good luck with that. Expect to get 1 pound per 1000w light, that way you wont be all pissed off if thats all you get, and if you get more you will be that much happier.

yeah bc does trip about stupid shit but liquid colled lights are pretty gay:sleep:
like I said, if you knew what you were doing, you would know what the best setup would be. I can think of several different setups that would produce ALOT of pot for $5K. And all of them involve hydro, all of them would use less light, and you wouldn't even need an air conditioner. ever heard of liquid cooled lights?

Why ask for opinions and then toss out everyone's advice. Maybe you need to re-ask your question better if the answers aren't what you are looking for. And sounds like you know everything, so do you really need advice?
yea hes a god dam know all well said lad :)
