Electrician is in the house! He wired up 1 of the rooms with 8 /3 gauge wire . We also used a 40 amp breaker . Both tooms will be be wired with 8/3 gauge with breaker shutoff at ballasts a pull breaker shut off ballasts. Well be done and doing tests by tomorrow .
Plus I made a large passive intake, taped stapled and what not. Attached Velcro and fine mesh from a drying rack . . adjustable size of passive intake.
Shortened ducting and tried making length of hose tighter. All in all good progress .

3600 watt grow room is a success .
Maintained 26-28 at most and measured every where around the room and underneath the lights .Let it run for a while and still maintained . Will have to make another passive intake, the one I have isnt big enough and had to play with it and the door to get the temps to stay optimal . Lights stay cool to the touch !!!!
Overall super happy and even the ballasts stayed cool/warm to the touch . All are a8r cooled with 2 fans in each and inside the grow room . Might not have to build a box around them .
I was an idiot to think I can have AC in a room that is vented with over 1600 cfm fml pushing and pulling out . I think the A.C. gives off so much heat ! And doesn't even do shit. I need to buy a cap and cap it .... temps will go down 1 or 2 degrees.
Again... my fault.
Humidity ranged from 42-50
Which is fucking awesome.
Next up is a data logger with some CO 2 if I can make it work without loading too much . We shall see .

Plus we had a little mishap in the 10x10 2000 watt grow tent. The electrician plugged my air king circulating fan into a 240 plug :|
I started to smell fried electronics right away I sit it off at the ballasts which are outside the tent . Figured out what he had done ...FML . Fried the air king .
Thank fuck I smelled it right away and had the breaker setup right along side ballasts.
With 2 small fans oscillating in the 10x10 tent with 2 1000 's maxed out on dimmable ballasts and 3 T5 4 foot lights temps were around 28 .. That's with no major air circulation on the lights . Again 1 large fan on those babies and pretty sure I'll be around d 27 26ish .
Cool tubes were warm but not hot .
Id say apart from the hiccup with the fan... success
Humidity was 43-49
Im.super happy , couple tweeks and ready to rumble .

Good work, looking good.

Did you test 24-48hrs?

Presumably then you don't have 240v receptacles on your 240v circuits?! Tut tut.

Am doing a 24-48 It's run now. The test was done in a few hours .
There's 6 240 on the t104 timer
And 4 --- 120 on 24 hr .
Just plugged into the wrong outlet and it wasn't me who did it. My fault though ... Should have double checked it after he was done .

So the Build is a success. Got temps down to 22 ish . Very Happy with that . My passive intake is spot on and working how I want it to work in regards to control the temps in the room . 24 hr test was a success eith a high being 27 and a low of 22 .
