7' x 7' x 5'

I have a 7'x7'x5' poly room i built and want to start setting it up. Have read a fair bit but dont know where to start. the equipment i have so far is
1- 1000 watt hps
3 inline fans
co2 tank
black/white mylar
buckets
coco noir

was planning on building a carbon filter these next few weeks, and a friend was going to give me some t5 lights too.

can you suggest other things that i need ? nutrients ,equipment what every you can suggest?

i have some kush, and white widow seeds that i want to grow. start off with 25 seeds and see how many are fems and go from there i guess
