Heres the plan and layout
15x20x8.5
One garage door needs to be sealed fully need help with this

Adding one subpanel running from house 150A panel going to connect an 8 light and maybe an additional 4 light controller connected 240v (is 150A enough for 12kw of light plus regular house usage?)

8 to 12 double ended lights may dabble in LED or CMH if anyone has some input if the weight reduction is worth the savings or if.there is significantly more to gain vs DE hoods

Going to be running coco dtw on an automated top fed irrigation system with halos each 4x8 table having its own 50 gal res 250gal ro res in corner feeding each other res lots of stuff need to finesse on that part but thats least of worries right now
4 x 4x8 tables
_____15ft
20 | X X 8
| X X 16
4 x 4

2 x 4x8 perpetual 30 days ahead of other
2 x 4x8 each with 4 plants put in each 4x8

For a total of 8 plants 30 days from harvest on 4x16 area
And 8 plants 30 days later perpetual placed in other 2 x 4x8 trays for remaining 4x16
16 plants total flower room

Perhaps I should split garage in two halves ? 2 x 7.5 x 10 rooms? Have not accounted for space needed for elec panels (will probably roof mount) or reservoirs and there are plenty of shelves for misc..

Diy Wooden tables and support for large pots to train and trellis to be installed all on casters for a total of 4 x 4x8 moving tables reduced walkways

Ac minisplit 3.6ton 2 indoor units 1 condensor 2 on opposing sides 1.8ton each side..enough for an 8 to 12kw large room?

Spray insulation entire room..only seen Remo do this so If anyones got some tips..
Then white kilz titanium white ceiling paint

Floor concrete going to install floor drain with slope connected to sewer line plan on renting jackhammer for inside then manually or with some tool. burrow a trench under detached garage to sewer line which is thru backyard about 10 feet (Any Plumbers got any good ideas for best way to drain like this?) Theres no clean outs installed so going to have to maybe rent that snake tool with sensor gun whatever its called..then epoxy floors

I could just throw a giant pump n storage tank n several separate holding tanks all pumped to main then shot into backyard but a. My electricity will be already pushing limits
B. On my 5kw grow coco dtw have to remove 30 to 50 gal of waste water every other day so this is my motivation for an easy drainage system without using electricity or my back
C. This will take up space both horizontallyand vertically and need all sq.ft..

Lastly, ive never ran sealed room only ventilated...so what are pros and cons.

Im concerned the cost of running co2 plus extra elec usage for dehuey would outweigh potential gains of perhaps just adding additional lights and power ?

Seperate Veg area and separate dry and cure so this is just 15 x 20 pure flower

What would you do?
