9 week flower suggestions

I am looking for any suggestions on great 8-9 week flowering plants. Would prefer them to grow well in sog circumstances, remaining rather short 18-20 in. preferable up to 24 in. Good yield is a plus but a great high and flavor are more important. Looking for suggestions of both up soaring and sedative/narcotic highs.
