These little dots started forming on some of the leaves, not all of them, just mainly on the fan leaves so far and none on the newer growth....

Any ideas on what to do....?
Here is the break down if you haven't been following along in all the threads:
) I am using DWC Setup...
) Only 2qt containers with CNS17 Nutrient Solution "only 10ml added to 1gal of water then poured into 2qt container"...
) 24 Hour Lighting...
) pH is 5.8 to 5.9
) Temp at 22 to 23 Celsius
) PPM Meter hasn't come in yet so I am unsure on these readings....
I just want to fix this problem quickly here at the start so that it doesn't get progressively worse and cause her to die...
So what to do... What are my options...?
