a big question?

Ok so i google it and cant find the damn answer so many you guys would know I live in Montreal city (Canada)

I am kinda nervous growing plants in my house so my question was.


-How many plants can you grow for personnal use?

-does a clone count as a plant if its only 2"?

right now i have 3 plants that are about 15" and are 3 days into budding and i have 4 clones 1" tall

So if cops would come to my house would they count the 4 clone as a plant cause holy crap there like 3 months away from giving something :-0

Its so confusing i can smoke pot in front of cops here and they say nothing.

ive heard if cops come to my house as long as my setup does not look commercial they cut the plants and leave. but i kinda went overboard with my closet setup but the closet is only 4x4

can someone help me on this so i am less stressed.

Well I'm not sure about Canada laws, as i'm from the States.

But I do know that they do not consider an unrooted clone a plant,

If it is rooted then they would.

lol yes stupid but the law down here is confusing my clones are rooted hell i saw the roots there bigger then the plant

pretty sure they weigh the entire plant, and hold the gross weight against you. The only part of the plant that is not against the law, is the ungerminated seed. Although I have heard that male plants arent illegal in some parts, as well as vegging plants, but that's probably a load.

p.s. even though you can simply trace the ip address, I would think that if you were worried about getting arrested, you would be wary of posting your location in the header of your thread. Just a thought
