A man who robbed a black market marijuana dealer
was sentenced to 6 years in prison.
The dealer has not been charged.

MEDFORD, Ore. (AP) — A 22-year-old man who robbed a southwestern Oregon

marijuana dealer has been sentenced to more than six years in prison.

The Mail Tribune reports that Erick Molinero, of Fort Worth, Texas, received the sentence

Friday after pleading no contest to second-degree robbery, first-degree burglary and other charges.

Authorities say that Molinero and another man on Feb. 13 robbed the Central Point

marijuana dealer of multiple pounds of marijuana.

Twenty-one-year-old Ashton Shamar of Fort Worth was also arrested and is charged

with robbery, burglary, unlawful use of a weapon and other charges.

His trial is set for June.

Court records show no charges were made against the marijuana dealer.

Oddly enough I can think of two people who called the cops when their weed was stolen and told them exactly who took it.
This was 30 years or more ago so
It was not even close to legal.

As long as it wasn't strong arm they didn't even show interest.

And yes these people were nuts but
But having your weed stolen changes a man. Lol

They should hang the ripper, no appeals and toss the carcass to the hogs
