Activated EM1 and PH

So this morning I decided to check ph of my plain RO water (fluctuates) with the addition of calmag and mammoth p (4.7)and the runoff of two plants who show some signs of issues (6.4 and 6.7). None of those readings seem off except for the PH of the water going in.

Here’s my amateur diagnostic possibilities:
1. The plants are deficient in Calcium or magnesium or they are locked out.
2. The full strength Mammoth P has caused issues with my recycled soil, potentially causing a phosphorus overload and locking out mag.

So for the last two weeks I’ve only been giving all plants, no matter the stage in life, pure water. But just today I decided to use the em1 and mammoth p again just so I could test the runoff.

Here’s a pic of the damaged leaves towards the end of the deficiency. First, the damage looks like a mag defeicency with the yellowing and discolor between the veins. Then slowly the little yellow brown spots turn into the picture below.
At what rate were you using the EM1, I use it weekly during a weekly drench.

Edit...before i get hosed with checking ph of soil and such this is the second time I’ve recycled this soil. There’s always a chance that I jacked something up in the mix.
