Is it okay if you add extra lighting during the flowering stage if they have already been in the flowering stage for 2 weeks?

I don't see why it would be a problem. If anything it would be better!

Thanks, it just didn't seem like the whole grow room was getting enough light.

Absolutely! Get all the light you possibly can on those babies.
