Adding perlite to soil after 7 days flowering?

Hello all, I have some babies that are growing in organic soil with 25% earthworm castings under some cfl's and are doing pretty good. i planted them about 13 days ago and i have been flowering them for about 7 days. i put them in a 3 gallon tub, and i have about 5 of them growing. i plan on flowering the main stem and just have a main cola of bud. i purchased some perlite and i dumped some on the surface and bent the tub around so the perlite could penetrate the cracks of the soil and i also put a sizeable amount on the outer edges of the tub, towards the bottom. my question is, how can i without moving the plants make the perlite penetrate the tub of soil? is there a way i can pluck them just for a minute or two and mix the soil with the perlite, and replant them? or should i just continue adding perlite to penetrate the cracks more? thanks in advance.

so, since this thread got lost in ambiguity so quickly i did this:
i carefully plucked each plant out of the soil, being very careful as to not traumatize them and set them out, for about 5 minutes.
during those five minutes i dumped the old soil into a trash bag and poured a sizable amount of perlite into the bag with the soil.
i then proceeded to mix the soil up and make sure the perlite penetrated each layer of soil equally.
i put the newly perlited soil back into the tub, and then i carefully transplanted the plants back to the soil.
i also watered it lightly with a 99-1 ratio water to superthrive. it's in a 2 liter soda bottle. i used very little water from the 2 liter.
Now, is this going to majorly affect the plants? or do you guys think the superthrive was a good provision?
i would appreciate a response and love to hear what you guys think of my situation.

also, the roots looked thin, and tan, so i assumed no oxygen was getting to them. one more thing, i added two cfl's today.

now i have a 65w at 3900 lumens and 4 2700 lumen cfls.
pictures at this point would be next to impossible, although i suppose i can borrow a camera from a friend, so i will try to show you guys what i am talking about.
much love and thanks for reading and hopefully responding.
