Adding soil to the top of the pot

I have enough room to add two to three inches of soil to the top of the grow bag. Is it to late or will the plant take advantage of the new soil?soil.JPG soil2.JPG

It wouldn't hurt. What type of soil? Organic amended soil would benefit it.

A layer of compost and or worm castings would be great for it.

You can add a bit more and water in ... It will add a boost to plant as main pot may have started to deplete a little .... Next pull those litle suckers ( leaves ) off .

Added more soil and cut those little leaves off. Half of my plants are using Nectar for the Gods and the other half is using Fox Farm Ocean Breeze. I will use Nectar for the Gods the next go around. None of those plants have had any issues at all. The plant in the picture is Nectar for the Gods soil.

The only plant not doing so great is the one in the middle up front.

There finishing up on Week 4 of flower

It is my first grow since 2008.
