Advise on grow room setup Pr0 plz , Long post

Ok, I'll try and be brief and concise -
two spaces,one for veg one for flower, both 2x2x2 meters [6.5feet] - all 6 walls covered with mylar .Plants set on floor and walls in 15cm[6''] conic cups, [like flipped cut tops of cola bottles] -
I'll describe a quarter of 1 space:
on floor 5x5 plants - 2 walls 3x4 plants and 3 more along the corner - total :52 - total per room - 208
in each quarter of space suspend 2 45w cfl in center of bottom half and top half, plus one high pressure lamp suspended in middle of room - for veg room MH 250w, for flower HPS 400w -
total bulbs per room = 9
I'll be using -
-4 mother plants and cloning trays kept elsewhere
- 3 4'' vents in a line 1st pushing from flower, 2nd pull from flower push to veg, 3rd pull from veg push outside.
- rockwool for clones and soil for plants
- tying down to direct plants, espicially higher ones

have some exp. but not enough to see all the trouble I am getting myself into -- gardening wise
Any advice, any doubts, where are the points where this setup crashes?
High pressure lamps are going to be up to 1.3 meter [52''] from farthest foliage - is that too far besides cfls?
If anybody has the slightest clue - what should be dry yield from the plants I am planning:
tied down plant from clone -
2 weeks rooting,
4 weeks veg[24/0],
8 weeks flower[12/12] in
20x20x45cm [8x8x17inches] space
well treated --- -- -- how much yieald from a plant like that -
and is my space setting realistic with growth time ..
