look man plain and simple... get cfls atleast 2 bubls cfls = spiral bubls.. put the bulbs 2-3 inches away from your plant... leave th light 18hrs on 6 hours off.. ONLY water your plants when they need it if the soil looks dry place your finger inside the soil if it feels dry water it till you see a bit of water come out from the bottom .. thats it! the to water wait 1-2 days then do the same thing all over again.. also theres no need for you to be transplanting that much you should only transplant 1 time and thats to take it to a bigger pot , transplanting to much will shock/damage your plant

Bmw- keep doing what you're doing, and don't stress it, wait a week and look for new growth, don't transplant again, let it be, don't overthink it, it's just a plant.

seedlings dont need much water make sure the soil is completely moist then let it dry out a little so the soil/roots can get air then water again when you stick ur finger in the soil and the middle is dry you know you need to water again... water completely till you get a lil run off then repeat i usually water every other day. gl!

ok ...
so now i've gave her water till it poored out the bottom...(i hope you were right...and it was not having enough light that made the tip of the leaves turn yellow and strange...i still think that she was overwatered...) ... but well...
now i'll just wait and see..
i'll keep telling news...
thanks

i leave the pics of the problem, so the ''experts, friends, and users of this site'' can tell they're opinion about what causes this problem...

that is pretty small for 2 weeks i think-its growth was probably stunted from the watering or it may have been traumatized from being transferred to many times. like the others said just water it until you get some run out - wait a day or two when the soil starts to dry out and then water again

you can always buy a moisture meter to help you-it will give you a good idea of when to water - or you can just use your finger. if the soil is still moist about an inch down you probably dont need to water.

ive had some watering issues with my plants as well - i could be wrong-but i found that over watering made my plant lighter green and plump to the point where my my leaves were pointing down. underwatering made my leaves shrivel up and start wilting - so just watch that

you may also want to invest in a cheap ph tester to make sure your ph is right - should be between 6.2 - 6.8

maybe also use some perlite to make the soil better for drainage

good luck bud - your plant should be ok if you just watch over it - just relax and have fun
