So I have lurked on this sight for almost a year now and never had any immediate grow plans but over the last 2 weeks or so everything kind of fell in line to do an experimental grow. Here are the specs.

I'm growing in a 7 site aerogarden I got for Christmas. My only plant is in the front middle site. Its just a bagseed from some heady NW stuff. I got 2 tiny little hermie seeds in a half zip. I recently upgraded my aquarium system so I had an extra air pump around and I bought a tiny little airstone and turned the thing into a little bubbleponic system. I disconnected the light reflector and attached a lamp cord so it runs independently of the hydroponics. I also added another light its actual watts are 68, plus the 26 on each of the stock lights gives me a total of 120 actual watts. I am about twelve days from seed the first pic is 4 days ago then yesterday and today. It stretched a bit before i modified the light so it could be lowered enough. I think this will be ok because i plan on FIMing and then a little LST under a screen. I have been rolling the stem in my fingers to strengthen it up. It is in a 24in deep x 26in wide x 30in high cabinet. I haven't put in any ventilation so I have no FAE and it gets hot fast. I just put this together tonight. Until now it spent its life on the fridge behind cereal boxes. On Tuesday morning I plan on adding an exhaust into the basement and an intake fan through the upper cabinet. I also plan on using an aquarium pump i have laying around to bring the water to drip through the plug so i can remove the base and gain an extra 2.5 in growing height. the reservoir is 4in tall and holds roughly a gallon. The light is almost 5in tall so I am left with roughly 20in of grow space. Until then I am putting frozen 2 liter bottles in the cabinet and keeping it open while the lights are on. I would like to switch to some decent nutes I can get for cheap. I'm 30 bucks into the project and don't want to go over 100. Any advice on nutes, stuff I am doing wrong, any foreseeable problems or advice to make this work better and produce more. I plan on updating this with pictures every few days. I have a couple other seeds from random places in case this one is a male.

Sorry, kind of baked. I realize my post is all over the place. The other reasons I plan replacing the stock hydro system with my own are; it seems pointless to pump water through 7 sites when I only use 1. Also I really have no idea how long or frequently the system runs with the Tomato, Herb etc cycles. Guess thats it for now, Ill update tuesday night with pics of the finished cabinet and hopefully some healthy growth.
