Aerogarden Need Help Please

hi um i started some seeds about 3 weeks ago and they look good with green stalks but i don't think they should be as small as they are only about 4 inches tall lots of leaves haven't toped them yet but pretty soon . i started one outside that is huge 14 inches topped 3 times thick stalk nice plant still can't tell what sex yet though hope to know soon . do you guys think i'm just a little to eager or am i doing something wrong i have it on salad greens setting for the pump to run 24/7 almost thinking transplanting them outside i live in the country so it wouldn't be a problem. i wish my plant looked like surfgirls look killer thanks always burnin_one

After 3weeks of HYDRO growing, they should be much taller than 4 inches!
Is it the lights? Nutes?

maybe i'm over nuting them? aero garden lights i 'm just using it to start then move them to bigger lights and bigger water supply what lights should i use? thanks
