AeroGarden Pro 200 Grow

What's up guys, new member. I'm hoping you all can help me with something. Recently I've invested in an AeroGarden Pro 200. I've had quite a few years in experience with outdoor growing, but I think heading indoors could produce much more yield and quicker harvest times. Plus it's in a controlled environment, and I don't have to worry about cops spotting it in my backyard. This is my first indoor grow.
So, the AeroGarden, I've already got the first week's nutrients in, and two (4 in.) 'airstones' that constantly pump bubbles into my main water reservoir, and I have the first seed germinating. I have a few questions:
What setting should I put this beast on? ( Iwas thinking tomatoes/peppers because tomatoes and cannabis have a lot in common)
Are the airstones going to somehow OD my plants on Oxygen? (Is it true that CO2 is a better alternative?)
Where can I find (High?)-Pressure Sodium bulbs that fit this lamp overhead?

By The Way:
I'm working on a very tight time schedule, & budget. I'm by all definitions a perfectionist, ( the airstones are placed perfectly symmetric to each other), and I consider it something of pride to get at least a pound off my first harvest. I have a very nice seed in place, the guy who sold it to me said it was "G-13", but we all know how reliable word of mouth is sometimes... The bud he handed it to me in was some primo stuff, burned quick, but had a very strong rich taste, was a very deep hued, but yet Neon, green and got me intoxicated very quickly and thoroughly. I don't even know if G-13 is a real strain, but if not, could someone please identify this strain based on the description I have provided? Much appreciated.

It's about 4:20 and I just checked on my beauty after i had read that if the 'root' was getting confused you should hand guide it, I checked on my plant, and the root goes all over the place, but i got two bean leafs coming out now, so i put them over the top of the split in the sponge to encourage it's growth. When I checked the same seed at about 6pm yesterday it was not sprouting the two bean leaves. This thing really does make 'em shoot up. I also have (2) 4in. airstones, one on each side, maybe that's the reason, either way I have a BIG smile on my face right now.
Another question (because I haven't asked nearly enough yet haha).
From what I've gathered White Rhino&Widow are supposed to be very indoor friendly, and have a decent yield with a strong % of THC. If this is true, I'm going to order both white strains and try them both.
I'll have some sort of video for this whole process on a time lapse on youtube or something when it's over. I've just taken the first picture of the bean leaves sprouting.
Waiting for answers guys, really need help, in every sense an amature with AeroGardens.
