aerogarden x lowryder 2 and skunk haze in soil first big grow

Alright guys, so this is my real first savage grow. i got my aerogarden about two weeks ago and ive been reading in these forums and others and i feel like a fucking brainiac when it comes to this combo or equip for how much ive read up on it hte last month. i have a aerogarden deluxe with the i believe 31inch light hood with the 3 24 or 26 watt lights. im buying a 150 hps setup today. i have two skunk haze seeds almost finished germing. and the 7 lowryder 2 seeds should be mostly finished when i get off work tonight. im on my lunch break so i gotta go buy that light. ill post pics of what i have so far.


p.s. im buying chemicle ph testing for the aerogarden and timers for lights and aero as well. i will be running it on 24/7 light schedual but timer will let it run 19 and cut off for 5. i will also be getting some mylar and a digi temp meter. i also have a 3 or 4 foot stand up ossilating fan in there with em. its a stealth grow in my closet. wish me luck!!

i got a brand new 150w HPS light setup. a general hydroponics ph testing up/down kit and a dual outlet 15 amp 1750w timer that ill be plugging my aerogarden and my light into. i really hope the seeds have finished cracking those shells when i get home from work.

memo to myself-
check ph and raise/lower accordingly when i get home.

so 5 of the 7 seeds have germed and sprouted one is still cracking the rest of her shell off and one seed was lost in battle.

i used the aerogarden light alone for the first day or so while the sprouts grew there first set of jagged leaves, now i have the aerogarden light detached and i have the 150w hps setup hanging over the aerogarden. and the garden lights at an angle pointing at the front of the grow platform of the garden.

i have my timer set to 19/5
aerogarden is set for 24 hour light/watering. the timer regulates it as stated above.
its a dual outlet timer so i have my HPS bulb plugged into it as well for the same time schedual.
the 3ft standing oscilating fan with ion (hopefullyhelp with the smell) filters is plugged into a different circut in the hallway.

im still using PH up and PH down chems from general hydroponics to balance my PH and a few drops of liquid miracle grow. i know the fert aint the best but im sure a dilluted version has to have some benifits over plain water.

the biggest sprout has about a 4 inche root hanging in the water but so far its the only one that has reached the water to drink.

the trunk of the first sprout is already purple and fuzzy.. hope this isnt on accident

any advice, tips or feedback anyone has would be much appreciated.

ha i just saw your page and im doing a similar grow
lets be pals im doiing a step by step regardless if anyones gonna look so my friends can follow when they wanna smoke all my herbbbbbbssss
