I can give many details as to the whole extent of this process so far, which hasnt been much, it has only been 2 1/2 weeks. The most complicated thing I've done so far was to enclose a corner of my closet with a black sheet and some velcro and staples, creating a nice, hopefully sterile environment. Oh and a little half pint poland spring bottle i use with yeast and sugar water to make co2. Only one thing worries me and that is some yellow orange discoloration on some of the out side edges of the leaves. Is this normal for the first few sets of leaves as they die and make way for new leaves? I dont know maybe the nuterient tablets it came with are too strong or too weak.
There are other nutrient tablets I could get. The ones i'm using now are for salad greens. But there is also cherry tomatoes, gourmet herbs, basil, chili peppers, petunias, and the box says coming soon strawberries, wildflowers, baby bell peppers. My question is which of these plants is most like a marijuana plant.
I should mention too that there are several settings which control the amount of light which are tomatoes/peppers, salad greens, herbs/basil, flowers, strawberry. I have been using the setting for tomatoes/peppers and this gives 16 1/2 hours of light and 7 1/2 of dark. how does this sound?
Please let me know and thank you so much.
