... 21st is the last day in cubes. the seedlings were switched over to soil pots of 2 gallons using FoxFarm Oceanic blend. 5 seedlings were cut from the team, the remaining 4 that i didn't destroy were pott'ed.

i added an auto dripper, sort of speak. its an australian dripper from a company called "Tropf Blumat". the idea is fill the stone chamber with water and as the soil pulls the water out threw the stone, the diaphram inside the lid to the stone is pulled down by the suction created from water leaving the stone. when this diaphram drops it allows the tiny water tube above it, but under the adjusting knob, to open and feed the plant until the moisture in the soil matches the moisture in the stone (is so few words). this is my first run with it and so far all is good but 1 plant was out of adjustment and just about water logged my bucket. so on monday i will pick up some pans to go underneath and drill small holes in the bottom of the buckets for drainage.

plants are responding nicely since they left their cube tray. the two sickly plants are the kush and have been moved to the ends of the line while the mks are growing strong in the center two positions beneath the light.

-side note, because i only have 5 ft of growing height i think i can increase that number by removing my hood and hanging the 600watt verticly. i see a lot of good results from people utilizing that technique on these forums.

AK #2 and MK #1 really shot up over the past two days with the leaves maturing nicely. AK #1 must still be struggling with establishing a root system so i turned down the drip another notch (on the adj. knob). tomorrow marks a week being in the pots. i was planning on starting the nute feed at this time but i'm begining to rethink that plan. most likely going to push back that idea for another 3 days or entire week. any suggestions on that?

i definetly went way over board on the yeast but i was really looking for a quick boost in the plants. here is my formula... 1 cup water, 1/4 cup yeast, 1 tbsp baking soda inside a 20oz bottle with a small 1/4" like hole threw the lid. i had to add a tupperware container and plastic bag underneath the C02 bottle to prevent the mess from spreading. this was added at the begining of my 16hr lights on phase so i hope all goes well!

i was thinking about picking up sum lambo/rambo from the bc seedbank last week but i'm too far into this grow to put it on hold to wait for some more seeds to germ.....maybe next time!

the two seeds of lambo i received for free didn't make it past seedling stage. they stoped growth and fell over before the second nodes could show. i didn't see any solid root growth either. but i did have a dry period of a couple days that hurt all the seedlings roots. so the seedling conditions could have been a lot better. hope that helps!

looks like the homemade C02 did the trick, i can definetly say i notice a difference in these ladies. all four are "more full" looking, with wider leaves that are spreading nicely with some more noticable height

i topped all the plants but the AK #1 because i haven't seen a top large enough yet. also added a 1/2 gallon jug for home made C02. my mix was 1/3 of bottle of water than 3 tbsp of sugar and 1 tbsp of ACTIVE yeast.

all three plants are recovering nicely from their topping. the AK#1 was able to be FIM'ed today, i felt the main stalk was too weak to attempt to bend the top over with out causing collateral damage. by the rate of growth i should be able to do a topping every 3-5 days, no promises on that! my goal is to do another topping followed up with a supercropping to really fatten these babies up.

if i am screwing things up or my theorys are no good, feel free to drop me some constructive criticism in a reply!

today i cleaned both res tanks. i noticed a lot of yellow residue accumulates at the bottom of the bucket. comes right up with a paper towel though. my res water refilled and the drip res was filled with a gallon of water and nutrients.

today i received my inline booster fan from ebay at 27$ for 240CFMs. i just need a fan speed dial to turn the fan down because 240cfm drops my room into the 50s. also my TDS pen came in with a PH pen on its way. my tap water comes out @ 156ppms, after being in my res with the air stone 148ppms and the res with the nutes is @ 948ppms. and my brita water filter brings the ppms down to 46ppms, fun fact! lol

today marks the first day of the 3rd week in buckets and in veg. growth is really taking off with the added nutes to the fox farm oceanic soil. i decided after a week of nutes the following week i am going to mix my nutes with a distilled gallon of water from the store until i can RO my water better. the two MK Ultras in the center are growing great! the two afghans on the end are looking like a waste of time. i will mother one of the two MKs or just take a couple clones of both just to be safe.

... coming this friday should be two T5 h/o lights with the daisy chain connections. i will use these bad boys for my mother and future clones n veg phase.

Hey looks good so far, I have 2 mku's in veg they love being topped. I topped and got 5 tops on each then I took those and bent them down and leveled out the canopy now I have 20-30 tops on each. It's in my grow journal ( current one)

I grew this strain a few years back and loved it. This was under a 600 watt with Flora Nova Series.

Sorry for the loss of your Lambo. Seems like anyone who had them, got them free. Only one of mine survived. She showed sex today though and recovered from some ill conditions. Maybe I will take clones in case this turns out to be a great strain. Cant seem to find much info about it.

Good luck with the rest of your grow
