Afghan kush ryder 2 week til harvest!

Hi everyone,

nearly there now with my (first) PC grow with world of seeds afghan kush ryder.....
cant wait to taste it, the aroma is driving me crazy its so dank and exotic.

any tips on flushing would be much appreciated.

Thanks man, your words mean alot! out of work at mo so ive just been doing my thing and looking after my little girlies....

Im also doing some G13 Auto AK, i think AK stands for Afghan Kush lol, so I'm growing 2 of the same from different breeders

im only growing in a PC case (tower) due to space issues so i have to keep my little girls small, ive found the easiest way to do this is L.S.T training rather than SCROG mesh! im hoping to yield around 2 0z / 1.5 0z dry. my first grow so lets see how it go`s......:hump:

Nice job, this strain was my first indoor, it is a good smoke. The reason they are so small is because of the size of the pots. You can give em a little bit of molasses when you feed them water, I find that they seem to like it during the flush but some people do disagree. Another thing I find that works well for the final stage before harvest is leaving them in darkness for a couple days before you chop once you decide they are ready.

One pointer I can give you for growing in a PC box is to buy SmartPots. The smallest ones are 1 gallon, but you may be able to fit a larger one in there, then all you do is cut off a few inches from the top to make it shorter. This will dramatically increase your yield. You will have to water less at a time but more often also and this will probably increase the humidity which I find is actually a good thing for pc boxes. Another thing that is good is to use good soil. Most people like Fox Farms Ocean Forrest Soil and you can't go wrong with that.

sounds epic id heard something about a couple of days darkness does them good! definately will give it a go:lol:
not too sure on the molasses may try on the next grow..

thanks for the link very interesting site, managed to find some on ebay so definately looking into these for the next one! im currently using biobizz light soil mix, went for the safe option as it is my first grow im wanting to upgrade my medium and nutes but if what im using is working i should stay with what works. my nutes are house and garden cocos A +B soil and headmasta by canadian express.....:weed:

I would agree with feeding them molasses near harvest, i would recommend feeding molasses for the final 7-10 days. But make sure they are unsulphered.

Biobizz Light mix is what i am using as well, its a good medium because it allows you to control your plants intake, however it does mean deficiencies are more likely.

I am aiming to yield around 2oz per plant.
