Afropips Fast Blast + LA Woman

Hey whats up everyone. I'm pretty new here, but I've been lurking in the forums for a while now. I have a few grows under my belt I'm currently on day 22 of flower . I'm growing Afropips Fast Blast and DNA Genetics LA Woman. The girls are in soil, and the nute line up currently is as such:
GH bloom solution
Sweet Citrus
Cal-Mag
Super Thrive
I have 6 girls total (5 Fast Blast and 1 LA Woman) all under a 400W HPS. As you will see from the pics I'm a little cramped for space at the moment. The Fast Blast turned out to be NOTHING like the breeders description. In fact they are HUGE! My biggest girl is standing at almost 5ft pot to top.

They popped the soil around the first of Feb, and I officially started counting flower on the 5th of March. They have pretty much been 12/12 since seed. I gave them a week or two of 24/0 right before I started counting.

As of right now they look great but I am having a little yellowing going on in the lower fan leaves. I didn't feed veg nutes, and started them on flower nutes when I flipped. Ever since then they have had the lower fans starting to yellow. I started the cal mag to help any deficiencies that might have been in place but the problem persists. So I'm not sure whether they are going through deficiency or are locking out. Let me know what you think. Here are the pics of my girls from sprout to current.

Nice to see someone growing some Afropips. Ive thought about it for awhile now, but haven't taken the plunge. Im looking forward to seeing how yours turn out.

As for the yellowing, give them some veg nutes. They still need nitrogen during flowering, and most flower nutes do not supply enough N.

Hey thanks for dropping in guys. The Afropips is a really hardy plant, but the breeders discription is nothing like the actual growth pattern. As far as the 50 days.... Well its BS. Mine are on day 25 of flower and I really doubt they will be done at day 50. Not to mention that they are HUGE. Most of my girls stand at about chest level with me, and I'm 6ft. But having said that, I will say that they are increadably hardy, and have bounced back from any sort of stress I throw at em. I'll put some new pics up this week. Thanks for stopping by.

Dave, thanks for the advice. I fed a low dose of veg nutes, and haven't had any yellowing since.

Head, thanks for the interest. yea bro if your interested in a quick finishing strain, this girl definately is not it. I'm hoping its pretty dank smoke though. I'll get some pics up in a few days.

Nice to see some new pics. I think you may want to go longer than two weeks, unless they speed up some. Im looking forward to pics in a couple of weeks.

Hey thanks for droppin in Dave. They definately may go longer than two weeks, and I'll give em as long as they need. The Fast Blast is suposedly a 40-50 day stain(total BS) and I'm sitting right in the middle of weeks 8 at the moment. The LA is supposed to be a 9 week strain and I think she will be pretty close (maybe an extra week or two). She already is throwing out lots of brown hairs but still has a lot of clear trichs. I'll get some more pics up one they are trimmed up in a few weeks.
