almost spouted plant

hi guys
well i have 2 plants in soil i but em in a bix so they can be in the dark. and i looked today i seen a root and at the end of the plant were the first round leaves. but the stem has not developed yet or somethig because its not up. today is the first day hat i seen the leaves

picture? souunds like you placed the seed in the soil wrong or the plant didnt root right. but we need a picture to clairfy that.
