Also you don't have to send back the originals.

What an expensive design mistake! I don't envy that product manager lol. But that company just continues to blow me away with their customer service, which for a glorified marketing company that is a contract manufacturer is key.

Kind of gives you an idea of what their margins are lol. Lately when I upgrade, I've been going with AC Infinity. So far, their overall quality seems better than a lot of others too. After completing that form I quickly received two emails back. Could have been AI generated though I guess.
