My weeds been dying in my tent at 61-64° and 61-66% rh for 10.5 days. Is that too long? With the cold temps I can't keep the rh at 60%. I just pulled a 1/4 off each plant and jarred it. One is still around 80% and the other is around 70%. The room smelled like straight hay when I went in there today. I've read that's normal, but it still concerned me. I don't mind waiting but should it be taking this long?

How do i know when to stop burping? Everything went well drying and they've been in jars for 48 hours. I've burped them a few times. They seem to be staying in the low 60%'s. Super sticky though. I read that they shouldn't stick together. But I don't think that's possible. I took them out and laid them on some cardboard tonight for 4 minutes. They smell very good but there's still some hay, fresh grass smell. But the whole room smells like the best weed I've ever smelled. I read that the hay smell doesn't go away for a week or 2. Should I just stop burping when it starts to smell normal, not green? It's burns perfectly. Though the weed I've been smoking on is in a Tupperware that's been opened about a million times. I've read all the sticky threads, they were awesome, super helpful. I mean I get it. I know what to do. Just looking for confirmation I guess. Honestly I'll prob keep burping them for another 2 weeks then see where I'm at.

Sounds like you're doing good. How long did they dry before they went into jars? The sooner they went into jars the more burping they'll need if you ask me.

Stop burping when it's 60-62 for storage .I like to take out some a day or two and put it in a plastic container to mix with scraps left over from last session to bring it down a bit more for smoking.GL

For burping: assuming you have the jars about 75% full max, flip the jar upside down; if all the buds fall as one big clump, tumble the jar on its side, pop the lid and tumble again, then put the lid back on. Flip upside down again and you should see buds fall more freely. Basically that's when you stop burping, when the buds don't stay as one big wet clump when you flip the jar upside down. There will be some stickiness but over time it's easier to determine stickiness from "wet clumpiness".
