Am I ready to flip to flower?

This is my second grow, I'm running 1260 watts of ceramic metal halide and I'm hoping to hit 1 gpw. But I know that yield is heavily dependant on veg time and honestly I don't know how much veg it takes for above average yields, so that's basically my question, should I veg my plants longer?

The canopy is right around 15 inches off the pots, everything is tied down and trellissed. Plants are atleast 6 weeks old, they didn't do much growing for a bit because of broad mites.

I was originally planning on flipping Friday. What do you think, should I wait longer?

Here's a link to all the pics of the grow

The second most recent post in that link has a few good pics to give everyone a good idea.
I'm at work and lights are off or I'd just post the pics onto this thread.

the decision to flip is soley yours based on your ability to support the plant at its future size and your expectations of yield.
I would always advise growing the plant for as long as you want and topping it to the size you need it to be.

I have about another 30 inches or so that I can raise lights. So I do have a bit extra play right now, even if they double in height which is expected.
But I'm just kind of ready to get the ball rolling. I'm hoping for 3 lbs which would be roughly 1 gpw. Its roughly a 9.5x3.5 grow area, with extra room if they bush out more.
I know theres many factors to yield. I'm just wondering if the canopy I have going now is far enough along for the building blocks to a good yield.

if you have 30 inches of headroom left I might stretch the Veg another week before flipping. Just to maximize the plants base. You have the room you might as well go for the gusto.
