Amend my soil

I've finally bought all the ingredients that I was after to amend my soil. I'm mixing my soil at 1/3 Peat, 1/3 EWC and 1/3 Perlite.
Here is a list of ammendments that I have collected:
Kelp Meal, Alfalfa Meal, Crab Meal, Fish Meal, Neem Seed Meal, Oyster Shell Flour, Langbeinite and Glacial Rock Dust.
How much of each do I need in 1 Cubic Foot(7.5 Gallons) of my soil mix?

@Rasta Roy. I'd love for you to chime in here. Did I forget anything?

The only thing I would add would be fish bone meal, maybe some gypsum. And the most important is a carb source. I prefer oatmeal. But brown rice works great too. A heavy cup / cf. Also a second comost other than ewc in a smaller ratio. Like a qt / cf. Composted chicken or steer manure. Even rabbit or anything you can find. Just for diversity. Good luck. Look like a great start. And you would be fine I'm sure if you leave your recipe as is.

Is Fish Bone Meal necessary if I'm feeding bat guano or seabird guano as a tea once a week? I wanted Gypsum but can't find it in Canada. Is the Oatmeal for micros?

Regular bone meal has worked well for me for years and no, it's not floor sweepings. Gelatin (jell-o) is derived from bone meal and the bone meal is very carefully processed. What's used as a fertilizer is a very small amount compared to what's used in gelatin production where the bulk of bone meal goes.

I have a couple of questions for you if you don't mind? Your mix looks pretty familiar except for the fish meal. I usually see fish bone meal as a phos source and the neam, crab and alfalfa for N. You went with fish meal for more N, and was going to get all the phos from guano in teas? I know alfalfa has some, but didn't think it was enough. Also, for the gypsum, are you using that mainly for cal or for adding sulfur along with the sulpomag? I ask because I have everything in your list there except the fish meal. I also have dolomite and ag lime. I wasn't going to add any gypsum but am wondering if the rock dust and the solpomag (langbeinite) is enough sulfur? I am pretty sure I have the cal covered with the limes, crab meal and oyster flour.
Thanks
