Funny how china now says who our president can meet with, ie... Dahli Llama. Obama could not have a meeting with him without upsetting china, and china was mad about it. Already running our government?
If they want THEIR money they WILL take it. just like WE would with OUR money. This is why debt is bad, it makes you a slave to who holds your debt. think they want to give that up? or would they just use our new laws to get their corporations to buy off our politicians and run our gov?

Most likley WWIII, and I am not trying to be funny. We have been intentionally deindustrialized from within. The first step is restricting the federal goverment, then entitlement programs have to go. There is a mild resistance already to buying anything not made in the US, but for most things there are no alternatives to foreign made goods. Our standard of living will decrease (which i think is funny because all of the I am special folks we have here) we will have to be isolationists for a while, but we will get through it. I believe the next ten years could be real rough, but not unbearable.

China can't just take their money, it would make what they are getting in return worthless. If china decides to sell all of their treasuries at once it will cause the value of the dollar to plummet and end up making it worthless in a short period. China wants to avoid that so they are slowly selling as much as they can without upsetting anyone. What they do with the money they get from selling the treasuries goes into infrastructure and commodities like food, gold, silver, oil.

americans problems stem from a corrupt government that has become a banana republic .
the huge trade imbalance must be solved . how? we have the worlds largest coal natural gas and OIL reserves . yea thats right we do.
we could also solve these problems be exporting the energy we produce . also we can grow more food than any country in the world..the worlds population keeps expanding expanding the market for our energy/ tech. lets not forget nuke power. obama to his credit is going through with some nuke power plants(GE ) his buddies make all the stuff for nuke power plants. it looks like obama might bomb iran. this shit is so funny all the crap he told everyone he is doing the exact opposite .
the US federal government could be cut in half ...cut two trillion dollars a year right off of the top of the budget and wa la ..balanced budget.
drop tax's to a flat rate ..and abolish the IRS...industry would flock to this country.investment would take off and so would the jobs market.
let bad companys fail and newer stronger smarter ones take their place. ask japan about propping up failed companys and banks..IT DOES NOT WORK.
all is not lost and all is not hopeless . it could be done..but it would take someone with huge balls to do it.
