any ballast experts?

I have a brand new 250w metal halide ballast that I got from 1000 bulbs.com and it came without instructions.

Which cords do I connect to what?

I have wires labeled as followed, 2 COMS, 1 640V and then one wire coming from the ignitor (which came preattached to a ballast wire so theres no need to attach the ignitor to the ballast)

Anyone got any ideas?

(I have searched for this info, and this is all for my petunia greenhouse in iceland)

There should be a picture on the ballast of the wiring. Take a pic of that and post it, a pic of the parts, we will figure it out. Got a cell phone camera or something?

are the wires labeled? or color coded? oh, just post a pic plz...see what I mean about words, haha.
I looked at that link you posted. shows the dimensions and ...

ah ha, I think I see...
you need to connect the wire from the capacitor (CAP) and one of the COM wires, to the lamp. then the other two wires, Line V (640V wire) and COM to the electrical source (wall outlet)

that should do it...if the 640v, means up to 640v is acceptable. if not, then it won't work no matter what, cuz you need 640v to run that ballast.

sry if the pics are bad....best quality from the link you gave....
