any ideas what's wrong with this plant

this is a blue shark cbd strain. as of recent these spots on the leaves have shown up. they are about 10-12 weeks old and are growing in a greenhouse with about 10 other plants.

the person I was kind of learning how to grow from is telling me that it's bud rot and that it'll self correct, but from what I've been reading, bud rot is due to a fungus and can spread to other plants. if that was the case, the other 10 plants would have issues.

any insight into this would be great!

Ive never seen bud rot without bud and ive dealt with over 70% humidity plenty of times.

Looks like a deficiency i dont know enough of. Just a guess though

The pic below is bud rot..

Idk about your friend but i might not listen to them, if it was rot caused by high humidity or low ventilation or anything i dont see why it would self correct.. Or look like that..
