Any one using micro organisms?

Im in a 55 gal res using bioag ful-power. Now it foamed up really good first two days but then the foam went away. Does that mean they died?

Temp was 70, ph 5.6, 2 air stones. Using general hydroponics trio + there additives.

It has no organisms in it

. Not sure what caused the foam but that's probably not something that's desirable in a Res but I could be wrong.

Any one using micro organisms?
