Any problems using HLG-240h-C1750 to run 4 CXB3590's @ 36v?

Yeah I saw the heading and thought he was updating cobs pricing, then saw it wasnt there because someone sent his list to Cree headquarters I guess

I see 2 possible reasons.
(1) Manufacturers dont like advertised sales of their items below retail price as it devalues their items.
(2) Maybe he isnt an authorized retailer (doesnt mean his arent real bins) and they dont want him to sell them without being authorized.
Some set a minimum advertised price. If he is advertising them for less (sending the emails out with pricing), then Cree MAY (most likely not) not deal with him anymore.

Mouser just recently had 4x HLG-240H-C1750A in stock, one I bought...now they're out.
But
709-HLG240H-C1750B
are on order, they're expecting 5 in the coming days (according to their site 1/4) and 18 on March 22 (!). So if you need them keep checking Mouser for those 5 coming in.
And as far as I remember, Jerry said for those "end of January".

Nope I went with Mouser. TBH, unless it's Jerry/KB I am not necessarily trusting most of the Alibaba vendors. I could be wrong tho.

TBH, the +/- €20 for the driver don't play a role , say in my case where I build (or let build) a light that will be around €420. The €20 are peanuts, it costs me €13 alone just to mail parts to my guys, so what? My criteria here is simply the 240W, when I have 4x cobs I cannot even run them at 50W each with a 185W driver, it's limiting for the CXB Cobs, IMHO. I plan to run them (up to) 1700mAH, about 62W each (or at least want the option to do so), not being limited by a 185W driver. And then of course those people with 5 COBs, 240W driver allows to run them at 50W.
It is my understanding that running CXA and CXB3070 COBs at 1400mAH is the sweet spot, but for the CXB3590s, from what I "calculated", running them slightly more at 1650-1750mAH is the sweet spot. And it's clear that the new drivers are made for those newer lights, looking at the specs. (Correct me if I am wrong).

well im running over 1.4 A, where the 185 tops out.
efficiency is lower but im getting 20% more PAR output from each COB (but going from 56 to 53% efficient of course. eventually as i get more cobs ill run them softer on more efficient drivers. for right now i need bang for my buck.
so yes efficiency is important, but is one of many factors. thanks for calling attention to the low efficiency at 115V, ill run it at 240V instead
