Any seed banks in Quebec still open?

Hey guys,
I have been searching the web for a while now and can not seem to find any seed banks that are still up and running in the Quebec provence at all, specifically Montreal. Does anyone know of any currently running/open seed banks in Quebec? I am looking for a place I can walk in and purchase from, not mail order.

hightimes II on delaurentide, in pont viau right in front of the guzzo, i ordered somethere and they are fuckn expensive, 10 seeds of white widow is 325$

I ended up going to Hemp Quebec, or what ever the name of it is now. It is no longer on Monk, close by but not on Monk. Anyway I got the seeds, 10 White Widow from Fantaseed Gardens for $100.00. Now I am not sure on how legit the whole thing was. There was no store front, just a guy and his wife? in a second floor apartment. It seemed really shady. The guy was real cool but I feel like I probably got taken. The seeds were in a vial in a small sealed plastic pouch with the seed bank's card in there. The price seemed fair but I am a little skeptical as to whether or not they were just bag seed. Who knows. I guess if I end up with a crop of males or some crappy plants then I will know I was robbed. If not then I suppose buying seeds is just a shady deal...lol

www.hempquebec.com is the 2011 version of a reliable Quebec, Canadian seedbank. The company is just starting out for now it seems they are carrying largely BC and European genetics but I do expect that in the future they will carry Quebec genetics. The prices are guaranteed and they carry seeds like Nirvana, etc.. that have already made it past Canadian customs.
