What temp. is it...the light needs to be way closer to the plant if you can....it is stretching to tall towards the light and it cant support itself...
Or a better way to set that up is...move it closer to the corner put foil around it on the spots in the corner where its missing and move the light in the corner in front of it....move the stand you got there closer to the plant in the corner also...the light isnt reflecting enough to help the plant i dont think....make more of a box like structure..
The main thing...check it from time to time to time and make sure it is growing up towards the light....if its growing a little to the left turn the pot so it grows the other way to straighten it up...good idea with the dowel though...

it looks too stretched out to be able to even support her own stem, much less a fat bud! the fan must be WAY closer and take down the foil, if anything iot'll create hot spots on your little baby and burn her leaves.

at least something near this close if you can. see how close the shelved plants are to the light? ok it's a flourescent, so mine can get closer than yours, but stick your hand between the plant and your light. if it's ok for your hand it's ok for your plant. go by that.
