Anybody out in Kern County?

I was reading the restrictions for Kern County and noticed a restriction at 12 plants per parcel. It doesn't specify the size of the parcel. Are they strict on this in Kern county? Anybody growing out here or living out here that may be able to shed some light on this? Thanks.

Kern County
An emergency ordinance disallowing more than 12 plants per parcel is in effect in Kern. Growing more than 12 plants per parcel in Kern county will be treated as a misdemeanor violation, with a possible 6 mos. or $1000 fine per plant, in addition to nuisance abatement costs.

parcel= yard.. you can have 12 mature OR immature or combo of both.. (I personally would find out via the locally PD on what is really required)

Here (tulare co) were allowed the same however outdoors must me in a 12x12 4- walled and roofed structure ... We also have Marijuana compliance officers who will check grows.. (never been checked myself) and have spoken to the MCO's no issues with them thus far.

I have read this ordinance already. I am just trying to find someone there who is growing really. The problem with contacting local PD is you are giving them a face and name that they didn't previously know. You're putting yourself out there on their radar which I am not too interested in.

Im in KC! there is a 12 plant limit per parcel. And they are definitely not too strict on that,as in they arnt going to check. If you plan on going big outdoors keep it covered. You can walk into half the clubs here and see more than 12 plants. Its Kern, do what you want. Here they are looking for gang members with weapons and bank robbers, and large scale meth/hard rings. Mj is so low in priority. Had a buddy that had more than the 12, prob around 40+.cops came, saw his rec posted in his locked room an they jus left.
