Was looking at property there but it looks like tweaker town USA ! lol

lake county is full of tweekers property is cheap gas groceries electricity etc. is not

Cool...I take you are thinking of relocating to NorCal? Have you checked out the north valley area. Fairly reasonable home prices and rentals...extremely difficult to find a job though.
