He's saying it gives u better buds not more thc, the taste of the buds are more " effective " ...... So dont know, guess he allways grew and harvested like this.

I believe the theory is forever- but obviously no one can prove that one... I've never heard of a "cap" on re-vegging... yet the harvest greatly diminishes each time, so I dunno if I'd see much of a point after a while..
