Anyone know who the manger of HTG

So i have a problem with a tent and would like to who is best to talk to there like a manger thanks guys

What type of problem are you having with your tent? Have you spoken with anyone at HTG about your problem yet? If you have spoken with someone, what did they have to say? Were you unhappy with their level of customer service?

well i have had it for almost a year and its an old white type it seems like a pvc offgassing it attacks the lower leaves i called them and they said well sorry we sold thousand of those defectives tents and there is nothing they could do, all i wanted was a replacement skin for the new mylar ones they have but they wouldnt go so tommorow im going to see if i can talk to the supervisor cus thats the worst customer service ever sorry we sold you a defective product but we wont replace it on the other side when i first bought it one side ripped and they sent me brand new one

Dang, that's not good. Is it an HTG branded tent? If not, do you know the manufacturer - may have some luck calling the manufacturer directly.
