Anyone use a cheap paint sprayer to mist/fog their plants for mites?

I really want to buy a fogger but they are about $80 for the cheapest one. I have a 1 gallon sprayer but I really want to fog the plants when I spray. One guy on another tread uses a paint sprayer with a compressor.

For that the best sprayer I ever used is a "Low Velocity Low Pressure" paint sprayer connected to an air compressor. It operates at 25-30 psi and the spray is a "mist" (like paint can spray), easy to target and easy to cover 100% of the plant. I got mine at Harbor Freight for less than $20 and looks like this--

Harbor Freight has an electric paint sprayer for about $19 that does not require a compressor. Anyone try this? Home Depot has a Cutter Fogger for $66 but it says to use just their stuff. Mainly for fogging mosquitoes in your yard.

Bonide makes a propane one for $62.50

Electric fogmaster for $97

Anyone use a fogger versus a 1 gallon sprayer?

I just use a large spray bottle with the end tightened to where it's misting .......if you can get the same results as that from a sprayer I see no reason not to .....I don't think it would hurt a thing honestly ......there hardy plants and as long as your not pressure washing them .....go for it I think it will work fine .....may try it myself next outdoor season GL
