Anyone useing a Powerbox or similar lighting control?

I'm in the process of setting up my new room in a new place and I want to make it as safe and efficient as possible. I was wanting to start with tree 1k lights and when I can afford the extra hoods and ballasts I was going to switch to six 600w lights. So after looking into the controllers for sale online I had made my mind up on this http://www.ebay.com/itm/130726285448?var=430078567135 but after doing a little digging I found some negative comments/reviews on another site and now I'm skeptical. One person claims the boxs are very cheaply made, and another guy claimed it melted his 240v plug. Just wondering if anyone here has any experience with lighting controllers and could offer some advice/opinions?

in all honesty they are all pretty cheaply made anymore. altho i do like titan controls lighting controllers they are simple and affordable.
