Anyone using Sunshine Mix #4?

I just found some local Sunshine Mix #4 and after hydrating some, I love the consistency of it. I was just wondering if anyone else is using it. What nutes they are running. What experience they have to offer. I did a little research on it. I saw Urban Grower was using it, (the guy who created RemoNutrients). He actually did some tests showing his recycled Sunshine Mix was producing larger plants than brand new. Pretty cool if you did an enzyme treatment and flush and could keep using the same stuff, or it would really rock in the outdoor veggie garden.

My friend used it with Lucas formula, hand watered. I've been thinking of going to SSM#4, maybe mixed with Fox Farms Ocean Forest.

I'm using the GH line, no Lucas formula though. My primary question is how everyone is starting out. Just saturating with plain RO? Waiting a week until first feeding. Putting in some CalMag from the getgo with RO. Let me know.
