Hi, so im building my first space bucket and thinking about speed control options of my two 120mm pc fans. I found some cheap solution on ebay http://www.ebay.com/itm/Hot-DC-1-8V-3V-5V-6V-12V-2A-Low-Voltage-Motor-Speed-New-Controller-PWM-1803B-/222101346357?hash=item33b6459835:g:KRMAAOSw2XFUmUz1 and this http://www.ebay.com/itm/DC-New-1-8V-3V-5V-6V-12V-2A-Low-Voltage-Motor-Speed-Controller-PWM-1803B-/141486696882?hash=item20f143a9b2:g:1ccAAOSwaNBUdsX8 Im thinking about connecting this controler between my two fans and 12v dc power adapter. Im no good at DIY electronic stuff, just started browsing and reading about it to build my bucket. So the question is are they any good and will get the job done? Maybe someone already using this gadget?

For the record that is a PWM voltage controller. It would have made your fan buzzzz as it works by turning on and off very quickly. As the voltage you set gets lower, the time "on" goes down compared to the time "off". Unfortunately the frequency of the on/off cycle is usually within our hearing range so we pick up a loud buzz from these controllers.
