Applying to be a DG

Is it a pointless endeavor at this point in time, considering the new regulation changes that will take place? According to HC there will be no new permits to become a DG handed out after October of this year? Is that correct? If so, I'm guessing there's really no way of getting an application ok'ed within the time frame that is left?

I was also curious if anyone could tell me if the best route for applying is to go directly through HC or if using something like medicalmarihuana.ca would be a good alternative?

Pretty much a complete waste of time at this point. Unless your running a perpetual grow you'll only turn out 2, maybe 3, harvests before march rolls around

I forgot to factor in the time it takes HC to process the paperwork, it used to take 6-8 weeks, maybe quicker now. So you'd be lucky to get one harvest in.
