Are green houses safe to grow in Colorado

I'm about to close the deal on some land. And while 1 I will eventually build a house on. But before I do so I might set up a nice green house first and live in the same house I'm in. Stating that. Is it relatively safe to grow in a green house in Colorado?

Guess I'll have to get an rv too. Oh well better safe than sorry. It's going to be by a major highway. But close to a town so hopefully we won't have worries. I own property in Texas. But I'm not familiar with how people respect each other's land in Colorado.

pretty much the same as Tx. You can shoot if someone is stealing your livestock...you can shoot someone if you feel your life is threatened. But stealing your plants I dont think you can shoot..unless you put a gun in the thiefs dead hands;)

I've heard a live audio of a guy calling the police because he said someone was trying to jack his cannabis plants in his garage and he was about to kill them. And he did. And didn't get charged lol. So hopefully it's the same there. I will fence it off though and hopefully put a nice vacation home on there one day.

Relatively safe, yes.
A good idea, no.

A greenhouse on a plot of land by itself is not a good idea at all.
Your county zoning may or may not allow the RV year-round.
Water rights are strict out here.
In agricultural areas fences are used to keep animals out, not in.
Your land may or may not be subject to a grazing ordinance.
And so on.
And so forth...

About a pound.

Well damn. There goes my idea. I know of a few people building green houses on secluded land and being okay. But you never know.

naa you can have a gun permit and grow
Did they change it recently? The way i've had attorneys describe it to me before is it is a HUGE issue with the federal government guns + growing regardless if legal or otherwise is a big no no. One attorney told me you can have a legal grow and if you have a firearm at that legal grow and the cops find out, they will arrest you and treat you like a coke dealer. Attorney Robert Correy Jr. is who told me the last part and i've heard from other attorneys he really likes to push the limits.

Am I way off here? I also saw a news article a while back where they were trying to change that, I can't remember how though.

Wait officer that gentlemen showed up and brought these guns and was trying to rob me! Then speak to your attorney. Be the master of manipulation so you won't ever have to say that was your gun. Because I know when I grow legally I will have a gun. But I know if anything happens that wasnt my gun that the intruder brought it.

I have heard the same. I even heard you cant be a user and gun owner at the same time. All of these i heard are against federal law. Im assuming if u just grow the 6 ud be ok but i dont think u can if its more than 6. Im not sure about all this. I will be sitting down with a lawyer soon. And this will be one of the topics of our convo.
