Are these seedlings close enough to the light?

i have these young seedlings in my bathroom, are the fluorescent lights close enough to get them started growing? I use this at night and then bring them out into the natural sunlight during the day hours. Just looking to get them started off, I have a veg chamber to transfer them to once they develop healthy roots. Thanks.

Considering they sprouted and aren't leggy you should be fine, if they start stretching you know it's too far

With T5's the recommended height is a foot or closer. I think you'll find that the plants will still grow but it won't be as efficiently as it should and you will get stretching between the internodes which you will want to avoid. Just put the box on something to cut the he

nope, flours need to be within a foot. the closer the better. I've had plants banging my bulbs when I woke up in the am. Kinky little buggers
