are these stems too thin to consider flipping to flower

There's no too thin... you make that decision. You veg longer you obviously have more time to tweek your plant on how you want it to and how big it will grow. So it's up to you bro. They will continue to grow in flower for the first 3-4 weeks keep in mind. And any major pruning should be done before flip. And killing off smaller bud sites before week 3 of flower.

What's 13/11... goto 12/12. Hour cycles I use thru veg to flower is
24
20/4
18/6
Maybe 16/8 for a week then flip into 12/12

13 dark 11 light. learnt it from here. more consistant for me I guess incase they get an accidental extra bit of light as I may have to move them

cool thank you. have LST it. never lollipopped but considering it. Stems atm are thinner than a pencil. worried they wont grow to hold heavy dense buds

Flip the plant when you want,The plant will more than double in size during flowering any how ,Just get a fan Blowing on the plant ,not too much this will make the Branching thicker and stronger.
