Armoire Grow - Ventilation Question

Thanks JT... ran what I hope to be a final "dry" run for the cabinet. Kept temps steady between 80-86 degrees (at RH of about 20%-25%) with no water wick or anything, and at lights off, temps evened off about 58*-60* (with RH back up to ambient of 40%-46%). My main concern right now is the temp swings/RH swing. I'm contemplating grabbing a heat mat to run while lights are out, but I may just see how the clones respond after a day or two... Hoping to have some ladies in there this weekend! Wish me luck.

More updates... good things are happening!!!

Got two clones in finally. (Yummy strain of some sort) droopy after the travel day and mid 30 degree temps, but got them into the cabinet, cranked the humidity up and had them nice and warm with the heat mat for sleepy time. Rebounded awesome... Wish me luck!

Training starts soon along with a nice transplant to a 3gal smart pot.

Hey dude, badass build! I’m almost done with my cabinet as well, but I wish I would have seen yours before. I bought a QB as well and will be supplementing it with two UFO’s true wattage is 59 and 65 on both of them but I wouldn’t be surprised if they were lower. They’re advertised as 100 and 125 wattage but not the true wattage. Will you start a grow journal on here?

Thanks man! Will be my first grow. I may toss a journal up simply for pointers etc. The clones have since gone into 3 gallon pots I will most likely finish them in. Trained both of them a bit last night after transplanting and this morning one already turned leaves up and was rearing to go, the other was still pretty droopy. Hope they respond well... We'll see in the coming days.

Another update... girls are loving the QB's and the temps etc. The Quantum board is turned almost all the way down, temps in the low 70's and humidity is right about 40% +/-, and root zone temps are kept at about 64*.

topped a few nodes and trying to get them to fill the space out a bit. slowly but surely...

Trimmed them up a bit prior to flipping to flower... Hope I have enough height! Might end up adding a screen at the cutout level and giving that a shot. I can lower the plant about 6" more then they are now. Pretty straight forward grow so far. Using michigan mix m3 and temps are still ranging about 75-80 lights on and about 62-66 lights off with humidity about 40% +/-

I am about to purchase some of those infinity fans you are running...how do you like them? Are they pretty stealthily in the noise department?

So far so good... I'm running a 4" one at about half speed and knock on wood, but working well and I'm about 2 weeks into flower.

Only issue I'm running into is high humidity with lights off. Other than that its perfect... You can turn the led display off as well.

Ahhhhhh ... things of beauty. Little update here. Glad I've made it this far. Went through a struggle a few weeks back. The girls had a bit too much light and were a bit underwatered, but once I rectified the situation, they responded beautifully. Since flipping, only managed to F up one thing. For the first week, the lights were kicking on twice as I had messed around with the timer and set another program :( What an idiot. Thanks to my dog, I was able to hear the fans at 2am when I let him out. Same thing. Once solved, buds began showing up.

Here we are now, just under 3 weeks from "true" flip. Frosting up nicely and look super healthy. As mentioned before, my humidity has been pretty high recently. I've noticed my temps during the day at about 70-72 degrees and at night it dips to about 64. Humidity goes from about 58-60% during the day to about 70% at night. Fingers crossed but no real issues to be seen yet. Knock on wood.

Cheers.

Buds fattening up pretty nicely now. Had a small run-in with gnats but was able to solve the problem quickly. Buds look somewhat small to me but they are in 3 gallon pots. (maybe has something to do with it?) Anyways... about 7-8 weeks into flower... Getting pretty close I think. First 3 pics are from a week or so back... last 2 are from yesterday.

What strain is this? What are you using for lights?

It’s a yummy something. Not 100% sure. It’s under dual qb304s. The260w light turned down to 50%. I’m somewhat height restricted.

Update: Chopped and curing.... final weight approximately 2.5 ounces almost on the dot. For 90% of the grow I was drawing about 150 watts at the wall with fans/light/filter/heat mat on. Very pleased I was able to finish/get some quality product. Will be starting some green crack seeds soon probably.

Next grow coming hopefully soon... Wondering what people think. My first grow was completed in 3 gallon fabric pots. I'm wondering if I should jump to (2) - 5 gallons or train 1 large 5 gallon plant

I'm not 100% sure I'll have the room for (2)-5 gallons. Thoughts?

Alright... new grow started. I started 8 seeds I got out of some green crack bud I got from a friend. Pretty solid weed, it just hermied on him due to crazy high temps.

Tossed all 8 seeds in and got 7 to sprout. Gave 3 away, kept 4 for myself and then tossed one outside to die because it was pretty far behind growth wise. No takers on the extras :(

Anyways, they are green crack seeds and I'm about a month and half in from seedling. They are growing very well but I'm having difficulty determining sex. Two of my plants are very tall and a bit stretchy, and the third is more compact with tighter nodes. Attached are two pics from one of the taller plants (which I beleive may be males?) Still a noob at this. All three have been topped at the 3rd node. Let me know your thoughts!

All three are in 1gal pots and justtttttt about root bound...I also need to check my PH. Planning on transplanting this weekend. But wanted to pick 2 to continue growing.... Small spaces suck!

Cheers.

Hey bro! I´m just looking your post, great setup. What about the Ac Infinity, works ok? I want to buy 4 inch one and I'm reading from people who have it and looking for more info.
