I just got my order in today and had some cracked seeds. Can I do anything about it or do they not care? I sent an email.

attitude might actually send a good one or a few i think i saw somone who ordered from there and had a flattend seed but then again im not sure so dont take my word for it but wait till they answer you im sure they will they like to make us happy so we keep spending

The only company that sent me lots of free shit after me going on the phone was PUKKA SEEDS the guy on the phone was well cool and could not be any nicer, he sent me out over £280 worth of seeds they all turned out good, ive said before on diffrent threads the worst was everyonedoesit, and i held them in high reguard, man they sent me one cheeky email and ive gave then such alot of business, i think if you find a good site selling good shit you need to just stick with it, hope it works out man best of luck with what you have.

The way you come off in your e-mail to them will probably make a difference. If you come off as rude or an ass, they probably will do the same.
Now, as they only "sell as souvenirs" and you state that your "souvenirs arrived broken on arrival" you may get somewhere. Yea, it's a game but you have to play it. I am pretty sure they get a lot of "my seeds won't grow" or "Broken seeds won't grow" crap and they also need to play the game as they don't know who the enforcement people are.
